HCSS Voice Ops - Onsite Technician
The primary role of this position is to provide onsite telephone assistance with customers including:
•Installation, troubleshooting, and replacement of telephones and other telecommunications endpoints
The ideal candidate will be familiar with the following technologies and tasks:
•Avaya, NEC, and Skype for Business communication platforms
•Basic telephony knowledge and terms
•Microsoft Windows and general PC operations
•6 months experience general data entry
•Works well in a team-oriented environment but able to work independently as needed
•Self-motivated
•Highly organized with an emphasis on detail
•Telecom knowledge is a plus
•Must be able to show great customer service
•Participation in on-call rotation for after-hours service issues and customer support.

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). One year of experience.
