Sr. Financial Analyst, ASG IV
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Prepares and oversees financial operations of the departments within the ASG IV.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent in related field and at least 4 years of relevant work experience.
SPECIFIC JOB RELATED DUTIES:
- Manages approximately 190 division M&O and Professional Development accounts ensuring that expenses are appropriate, allowable, and within the guidelines.
- Manages the Family Planning and Healthy Texas Women grants.
- Prepares annual departmental budgets for all division M&O accounts, endowments, gifts, Faculty Allocations, Operating Revenue, and Legal accounts.
- Assists in the management of Pediatric and OB-Gyn endowments and assists holders in completing annual Report of Use.
- Generates monthly reports including endowment and Faculty Allocations reporting. Fields questions regarding spend-down.
- Manage RMCHP revenue splits for WIC and Title V voucher submissions.
- Key contact between RMCHP and the State regarding RMCHP grants.
- Approves all Requisitions, Travel Authorization, and Purchase Orders (unrestricted) for Pediatrics, Center for Violence Protection and OB-Gyn.
- Processes Cost Transfers for all unrestricted accounts within the supported departments.
- Creates new account setup for classes/projects.
- Distributes and enforces AE purchasing and account guidelines.
- Reconcile CBA accounts.
SALARY RANGE:
