Postdoctoral Fellow - Biochemistry & Molecular Biology Post Doc Fellows
Job Description:
The postdoctoral fellow will conduct, report and present research in his/her field of study under the supervision of a faculty mentor. This is a training position, and is not expected to be a permanent position.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Perform Molecular biology techniques.
- Develop and characterize mouse models.
- Analyze RNA-seq data.
- Write manuscripts and post-doctoral grants.
- Present at national and international meetings.
- Mentor students/trainees.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Ph.D.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Data analysis and interpretation.
- Experimental skills in cell and molecular biology techniques.
- Experimental skills in mouse genetics.
SALARY:
Commensurate with experience.
